We at kdcenterprise.in believe that our customers deserve the fastest and best part delivery system possible and we strive to keep all our customers happy.
However, it is important to note that kdcenterprise.in uses third Party Services for transport of your product from our facility to your location.
Currently, we try to get you the fastest and most reliable selection from the set of courier or transport companies that our shipping partner associates us with.
Our shipping partners carries out co-ordination of your part from our warehouse to your address using these third party couriers.
Following are a few pointers to better help you understand how the shipping from our facility to your address works:
1. Handling time: Our team strives to get your part on its way to you as soon as is possible. However, we require time to organize and package your product. This time is designated as handling time. It is the time required from when you receive your order confirmation to the time when our shipping partner picks up the material from our facility. We would ask you to allow us 45 Days of lead time to ship your product from our facility.
2. Shipping methods: Your part is transported by the means of, however not limited to air travel, road travel and rail travel.
3. Shipping timeframes method wise: Currently, we pre-select your shipping method from the most suitable one for your designated address.
4. Possible delays: in most cases, your order will be shipped out in the designated time frames. There are some occasions on which your order shipment may face a slight delay. These occasions are listed below but not limited to:
• Public holidays.
• Long weekend’s clubbed with state or national holidays.
• Holidays and delays due to festivals and occasions.
• Monsoon rain, flooding, unfavourable weather conditions.
Above mentioned occasions for delay are decided by the ECP team in correlation with our shipping partner(s) and are liable to change at any point without notice. Our team will correspond with you for any delays that may happen in relation, but not limited to the above cases.
5. Shipping rate: Our shipping rate calculator is based on several parameters, the main being your pin code, the weight of the parcel, the dimensions of the parcel, the type of the parts among others. We try to ensure that you’re provided with the best rate we get.
6. Tracking information: Our Team as well as our shipping partner will notify you when your courier is shipped from our warehouse. You will be provided with a tracking number and a link which you can follow and enter the number to track your courier.
7. Communication: Our team believes that communication with our customer is key to keeping them well-informed. For this purpose, we send the following messages via email and SMS to your registered contact number and email ID on the following occasions:
• Upon registration
• When you place an order (for order confirmation)
• When your order is dispatched from our warehouse
• When your order is delivered to your selected address.
On occasion, our team may contact you on your registered mobile number and email if an issue arises during the process.
8. Transit Damages: Transit Damage should be cleared mentioned in the POD copy while receiving the product and information with photos should be provided within 24 Hrs of receipt. Transit Insurance is in the scope of buyer
9. Short Supply: Packing should be opened in presence of our representative, failing which short supplies claim will not be accepted.
10. Unloading Charges: Unloading is in your scope at the receiving end
11. Returns and exchanges: Being Capital Equipment’s and spares, we do not allow Return or Exchange of the Product
Your return claim is valid only if we have sent you the wrong part. All data regarding the part given on the website is public domain data and we are not responsible for any mistake on ordering from your end.
12. Restrictions: Oil’s and flammable products will be sent by road only and not by air. Allow more travel time for bulky or flammable products as these will most likely be transported by road.
We try to keep our shipping policy concise and consistent to ensure a reliable experience for our customers. As always, however, to keep serving you better, we need to continuously improve our services and hence this shipping policy is subject to change at any point without prior notice.
